NB*** If you have a medical condition that might trouble you during a 6 hour hike off trail, please send us a message before the trip so we can consider this with you. We want to be as inclusive as possible so we must be well prepared in order to avoid undue risk.***
Club hikes and climbs are for UCC students only! Do not bring a non UCC person with you on Sunday. They are not covered by insurance and will not be allowed on the hike.
Acceptable Hiking Boots
For the first 3 hikes of the college year, runners/sneakers are acceptable but for the rest of the hikes proper hiking boots with ankle support are required. You can sometimes get a cheap pair in Aldi or Lidl or in any of the outdoor stores in the city.
